Testimonials When you spend half your life in one career and have reached all your goals, you wonder “What’s next?” I spend 26 years in the military and reached the top of my field as an Airfield Manager and Operations Superintendent. It was a wonderful, satisfying and rewarding career. I had opportunities to travel, meet new people and make significant changes along the way, but this all had to come to an end. I was excited about starting something new but what? I felt adrift and lost the first few months. Here I was, after so many years getting up and going, making decisions and guiding personnel, being part of a unique organization, to what?
I was having a down day, just feeling lost and I remember posting something of the sort on Facebook. Luckily for me Marybeth responded. She introduced me to International Center for Women On Purpose! We chit chatted on the phone and she explained the program. I was hooked! I enrolled in the 7 program course and powered my way through. What an eye opener this was for me. I discovered that I had hidden desires and goals buried in me that I needed to bring to the surface. I explored my talents, likes and dislikes, strengths and weaknesses and rediscovered myself.
One of my goals was to finally get back on the education track and finish my Bachelors degree. I am happy to say that I am a full time (night) student cramming for exams like the rest of them. I am thankful for Marybeth’s quick response and her guidance. The program was a success for me and I would recommend it to anyone who feels that they cannot seem to find their purpose in life.

Over the past few years I have become close to Marybeth both professionally and personally. We connected, shared thoughts and experiences both professionally and personally as often I believe only women can do.
Marybeth’s insight and innate instincts have enabled some incredibly powerful conversations helping me to understand, reflect and look forward with renewed balance and purpose. Her real power however is within her ability to listen and share a wisdom that just comes from being truly herself.

I have known Marybeth Gregg as both a colleague and friend for many years, and she is an absolute force of nature! She is a true “liver” of life, always experiencing with her eyes wide-open and consistently working to find meaning in all that she experiences.
One of Marybeth’s great gifts is her ability to bring people together, especially women. Whether it be cooking classes, a reading group, or simply a dinner party, the pleasure of being part of it isn’t so much in the “doing”, but in the sharing and talking about our lives and the dreams that we all have. Marybeth creates these important “spaces” for genuine self-reflection and connection…. and if you are lucky to step into one, I guarantee you will be the better woman for it!
It has been such a joy to experience you and learn from you both in a retreat setting and one-to-one. You not only have deep HR knowledge, you are clearly skilled at applying it and explaining it in a highly effective, interesting (imagine that!) and non-threatening way. I love that you’ve brought this forward into your new business! You have a flame of passion for your purpose burning bright — so refreshing and inspiring!
For twenty years I have watched Marybeth Gregg grow and grow and grow. And I have watched her succeed over and over again, as a corporate executive, a parent, an entrepreneur and a human being. Her eyes are always wide open, and her energy, enthusiasm, and curiosity boundless. She accepts nothing less than living life to the fullest. I have learned a great deal from knowing her.

Marybeth brings not only a wisdom from her experience as a human resources executive, but also a wisdom from working with and helping so many people all around the world. I am grateful to have her on my vision team. She is a gem.
I met Marybeth Gregg in the early 1990s and have watched her hone her multiple skills for the last few decades in social, professional and philanthropic venues. Mary Beth is a “do-er”; she is smart, compassionate and a constant in so many lives. She is the paradigm professional and the loving neighbor all at once. Mary Beth can be trusted with your deepest secrets, with being the first to “show up”, and with being a source of joy and wisdom in your day.
